Video is hot fire. Song is hot fire. Mike Will slayed it on the beat, and Ciara’s voice is fucking angelic.

This exchange is still irritating me. Is this an American thing, saying “Not hard to miss” in this context? Because it doesn’t make any sense - like, surely that’s the opposite of what he means? Being hard to miss is a good thing, and he tells Ciara that she’s NOT that.

Surely what he means is “You’re hard to miss” or “You’re not easy to miss”. 

Am I missing some common usage of this phrase?
